Usually not. We try to work with the tools you already have. We'd only suggest a change if something you're using truly gets in the way or makes things unsafe.

We take it seriously from day one — looking at what data is involved, how it's used, where it's stored and who keeps an eye on things. Exact rules depend on your situation, and for anything sensitive we'd suggest a legal expert reviews it too.
